Orders are considered binding only upon formal written confirmation or contract execution covering specs, pricing, schedules, and quality terms.
Payments must be remitted in accordance with agreed schedules, deadlines, and authorized banking channels specified in commercial contracts.
Shipping risk, customs clearance, and delivery schedules are determined by agreed Incoterms and our Shipping Policy.
Quality sampling, inspection providers, and tolerances must be agreed upon in writing before order confirmation. Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return Policy and commercial contracts.
